Chocolate aficionados, gather around because here’s a treat that’s just too sweet to resist! At Artbox 2024, you’ve got the golden ticket to create your very own chocolate masterpiece. Thanks to Singapore’s premier chocolatier, Janice Wong, you can dive into the world of chocolate artistry at their signature Chocolate Painting Workshop. Imagine this: you, a paintbrush, and a delicious canvas of chocolate bars, all waiting for your creative touch.
You’ll waltz out with your own edible art piece and a 40g Pure Imagination™ chocolate bar, freshly made every day. So, don’t just sit there dreaming about chocolate; go and paint your palate with flavour!
There will also be more pop up workshops happening all around the Artbox grounds, so just hop right into the next one that catches your fancy.

As with last year, you’ll get the chance to join in with some uniquely local competitions and stand the chance to win some great prizes!
The National Piak Cockroach Championship and National Water Bottle Tornado Championship will both take place, with winners of each tournament getting the chance to bring home $888 in cash.
In addition, the iconic Beam of Pain from Artbox 2023 will return as the Hopscotch of Pain, with an additional twist. This time, participants will make their way across acupuncture mats by only hopping on one leg. Qualifiers and finals will take place throughout both weekends.
There will also be Creators’ Deathmatches, where SGAG personalities come face to face with your favourite creators in a series of challenges. Deathmatches will take place all over the weekends, so keep your eyes peeled for the next upcoming one.
National Water Bottle Tornado Championship will be held 26 – 28 Jan, 8 to 9pm.
National Piak Cockroach Championship will be held 2 – 4 Feb, 8 to 9pm.
Enter your superstar era, for free
Brought to you by the good people at Teo Heng, each Artbox ticket holder will get a complimentary go at the karaoke machine. The best part? Your session will take place in a cozy, decked-out soundproof karaoke container, so you can belt out your best tunes with zero fear of judgement from anybody else.
Play arcade
On top of the free karaoke session, Artbox ticket holders will also get a free VR or Switch gaming session at the Gamestop Arena.
For the more competitive among us, check out the Arcade Alley. Challenge your skills on the rows upon rows of racing games like Mario Kart, or try your luck on any of the claw machines to bring home a new cuddly friend.

Thai band The Parkinson will be headlining the first weekend, bringing their brand of pop-soul to the Artbox Stage. Heavily influenced by the blues genre, The Parkinson’s music is made for chilling out with a stiff drink on a rainy day with.
The Parkinson will be performing on 27 Jan, 9pm.
