Swensen’s Unlimited is the newest cheap buffet at Swensen’s Changi Airport
The iconic Swensen’s at Changi Airport is now serving a buffet. Dubbed Swensen’s Unlimited, the buffet is available at the Swensen’s Changi Airport Terminal 2 outlet, so don’t make your way down to the Terminal 3 branch just to be disappointed.
With prices starting from a very affordable $31++ for weekday lunch, this buffet hits all the right spots.
Of course, we begin with the obligatory seafood selection. Here, you can fill up on prawns, clams, mussels, and crayfish.
Over at the hot food section, there’s the selection of roast meats, including chicken and some perfectly pink slices of sirloin beef.
You can also pick up dishes freshly prepared on the spot, such as laksa, beef hor fun, baked rice, and a range of pastas.
There’s also a range of pre-cooked foods including meatballs, fish and chips, and Peranakan classics including kueh pie tee and ayam buah keluak.
But everybody knows we’re really here for the ice cream. At the Swensen’s buffet, a whopping 48 flavours of ice cream are available at any one time, with rotating seasonal flavours.
Swensen signatures like Sticky Chewy Chocolate and Rocky Road make an appearance, joined by newfangled creations such as Hokkaido Snow with Yubari King, Affogato Honeycomb, and Osmanthus Wolfberry Pear. There’s even a Laksa flavoured ice cream for the more adventurous among us.
To pair with your ice cream, choose from waffles, croffles, and even smashed croissants.
