Welcome 2024 at your neighbourhood with these countdown events
2024 is quickly approaching, and that means one thing: it’s time to celebrate with fireworks! Apart from the main Marina Bay area, there are also other locations around the island where you can welcome the New Year, while also avoiding that dreaded post-celebration surge.
Here are 7 neighbourhood Community Centres to countdown to 2024, complete with fireworks.
1. Nee Soon Countdown 2024
Nee Soon Community Club is hosting a free 2024 countdown for New Year’s. Taking place at the FutsalArena @ Yishun, you can experience mesmerising performances featuring talented local artists like Annette Lee, Stephen Zechariah, Huda, and Lee Pei Fen, all hosted by POWER98 DJ Jeremy Ratnam and 88.9JIA DJ Shuhui!
The Nee Soon Community Centre will also include fun carnival games at 7pm to 10pm, delicious food at 7pm to 11.30pm and fireworks at midnight.

2. Boon Lay Countdown 2024
The Boon Lay Countdown 2024 will be packed with activities, with live performances, music festivals, game booths, fireworks, giveaways and many more.
Live performances will take place at Block 215 from 7pm, or head to Block 207 to immerse yourself in the beats at the music festival.
If you prefer challenging your friends and family to some friendly competition, you can explore the parallel walkway between Blocks 215 and 210 for an array of game booths and win exciting prizes.

3. MacPherson New Year Countdown Show
MacPherson Community Club is hosting the New Year’s 2024 Countdown with local Getai singers, Mediacorp actors and foreign artistes.
Hosted by Kelvin Soon of Project Superstar and Belle Chua from Ah Girls Go Army, you can anticipate captivating performances by your artists like getai singer Hao Hao, Channel 8 Actor Wang Yu Qing, and Sharon Kwan, a Chinese American Mandopop Singer from Taiwan.

4. Woodlands Stadium Countdown Party
Let loose for the New Year’s with bouncy castles, food trucks, art workshops and fireworks at Woodlands Stadium for only $5!
This event is hosted by Fauzi Aziz and Wallace Ang 洪聖安 with appearances by veteran actor Richard Low 刘谦益 , local singer and actress Sherraine Law 罗翊绮 and getai singer Lee Pei Fen 李佩芬 to ensure an entertaining night.

5. Our Tampines Hub Countdown 2024
Tickets to the main countdown show at Our Tampines Hub are sold out, but there’s a plethora of activities happening all around the vicinity in case you decide to head down anyways. If you’ve already managed to get tickets, expect an immersive large-scale digital projection mapping installation with entertaining performances by MICapella and local ska band Cesspit, hosted by Mediacorp FM933 DJ Hazelle Teo.

6. Keat Hong Fiesta Countdown
Keat Hong CC invites you to a circus-themed 2024 Countdown. Experience the charismatic Rishi Budhrani as the host, witness the mystical magic of magician Imran, and be captivated by the incredible voices of local singers like Inch Chua, Fauzie Laily, Benjamin E. Yeo, Daniel Sid, Joy, and Nick Zaviour for a night of unforgettable entertainment, complemented with engaging carnival games for added enjoyment.
